Governance

Crossroads uses a Policy Governance model. The policies as they have been updated and adapted through the first 20 months of Crossroads' life are attached here. The policy board is continually reviewing the policy document, and particularly the "Ends" policies (which identify the particular purpose and outcomes the congregation aims to achieve). The Ends policy as posted here are "not quite right yet" - Ends policies are tricky to define! This is a work in progress.
