Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. The front door at the end of the long walkway from the bus stop is unlocked during office hours (except at lunch breaks). There are doorbells beside both that front door and the back door off the back of the parking lot by the loading bay.

Both of those doors also have accessibility buttons for those with physical disabilities to press to gain entrance to the building.
